My name is Joe Davis and I started doing paintless dent repair in 1994 for local auto dealers here in the Dallas area. My work consisted mainly of door dings and other minor dents. Since then, I have done several years of auto hail repair for thousands of clients covering the United States. I still do a few auto dealers, but mainly my business is repairing dents and dings for the public.

Along with the experience I have received over the years, I also gained the knowledge and understanding of treating the customer right. I treat every customer like I want to be treated. I believe great customer service is the secret to me being in business for so many years. What makes Dent Squad USA different than other companies is that we treat each and every vehicle we work on like it is our own. We take pride in our work, and it shows.

Our Process

1. Get the claim number from the insurance company. With comprehensive coverage, you won’t pay anything out of pocket!

2. Leave the car with us. We offer a free loaner & free pickup & delivery if needed.

3. We wash the car and circle the dents using our PDR light. We send our findings to the insurance adjuster to approve.

4. Then we get to work gently removing all the dents and dings.

Many times insurance companies will send an adjuster and on “first look” claim there is not much damage. This is because outdoor lighting tends not to show all the damage. We make sure to find every dent using our specialized indoor lighting and show them to the adjuster to make sure the claim covers ALL HAIL DAMAGE.

The whole process takes between 10-12 business days, normally because of the time it takes the insurance company’s adjuster to approve everything.
